Brand Growth and Performance Department

The Brand Growth & Performance department brings together passionate creatives, storytellers, and digital product experts dedicated to building and maintaining our media publishing brands. From producing high-quality editorial content to running top-tier YouTube channels covering breaking tech news, original research, and in-depth analysis, this team thrives on making an impact. They are committed to delivering valuable, high-quality information to a global audience, ensuring every piece of content informs, engages, and inspires.

You

A Vertical Content Manager with in-depth knowledge of social media and YouTube vertical video content creation. Your ability to visualize information and identify trending ideas helps create viral content that elevates the Cybernews brand to new heights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Stay up to date with the newest social media content trends and implement them
  • Research new topics, including AI tools and tech gadgets, offer new angles for video briefs
  • Build a content calendar and oversee video uploads to social media channels according to their respective best practices
  • Work closely with scriptwriters, video editors and content managers to pick out best moments from our existing content & create unique angles
  • Initiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication and collaboration
  • Ensure a smooth flow of the vertical video production process, participate in content shooting, brainstorming sessions
  • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the projects

  • Proven experience of vertical content creation & management
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to new trends quickly
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise. 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and development
  • Basic knowledge of video editing
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Excellent understanding of what good video production should look and sound like
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Ability to partake in host role would be considered a huge advantage

    GROSS SALARY

  • 2400 - 3300 EUR Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
  • A portfolio with real project examples is required for consideration
