The Role

We’re looking for Software Developers who are excited to build high-quality, production-grade software and grow their technical ownership over time. 

As a Software Developer, you’ll work on core product features and services that power real-world airline operations. You’ll contribute to system design, build scalable APIs and integrations, and collaborate closely with senior engineers, QA, and product partners to deliver reliable solutions. 

This role is ideal for engineers who are past the “just following tickets” phase and ready to own meaningful components, make technical decisions with guidance, and continuously level up their craft. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that support mission-critical airline workflows. 
  • Implement features end-to-end, from design and development to testing, deployment, and support. 
  • Collaborate with senior developers on system design, architecture decisions, and best practices. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on quality and reliability. 
  • Debug production issues, analyze root causes, and contribute to long-term fixes and improvements. 
  • Participate in code reviews, both receiving and providing thoughtful feedback. 
  • Work closely with product and QA to deliver features that meet real customer needs. 
  • Continuously learn new technologies and take on increasing technical responsibility over time. 
  • About You

  • 3-6 years of professional software development experience in a production environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Strong experience with C# / .NET Core or similar backend technologies. 
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with service-based or microservice architectures. 
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar). 
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or similar data stores. 
  • Familiarity with message queues or event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ). 
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces with guidance and support. 
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well within cross-functional teams. 
  • Takes pride in delivering quality work and improving systems over time.
  • Bonus Points For

  • Hands-on experience with our stack: React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET Core, MongoDB, Docker, AWS
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Experience with performance optimization or distributed architecture design. 
  • Contributions to automation, developer tooling, or internal platform improvements.

    The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000 annually. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options. The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.
