Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Own and drive the application architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal technical solutions for new features and modules.
• Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) for new experiments or technology evaluations and work with teams to integrate architectural improvements.
• Benchmark various technology options against business use cases to guide informed architectural decisions.
• Understand the product roadmap and actively contribute to shaping technical direction.
• Establish development best practices and champion their adoption across teams.
• Define clear project milestones, manage execution, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Work as part of a central engineering group to understand organization-wide technical needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and support organizational initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance, lead project execution, support junior engineers, and unblock cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience in modern web technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and implementing software architecture.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies including TypeScript, DOM rendering, manipulation, parsing, and modern UI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of React.js and its ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading projects with 2–3 engineers.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and module bundlers is a plus.
• Experience working on high-scale production applications.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and their practical applications.
• Commitment to writing performant, scalable, and production-ready code.
• Passionate about technology and staying current with emerging tools and frameworks.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, deployment, and optimization (GCP/AWS) is a plus.
