Software Engineer, Fullstack

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the web applications that millions of our users and driver-partners interact with daily. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-centric solutions.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure system architecture.
• Write efficient code and implement strong testing strategies.
• Monitor and optimize application performance.
• Own projects from conception to post-launch monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Propose innovations and improvements to technology and processes.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend development (Go, Java, or similar).
• Knowledge of databases (relational and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and building/consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and focus on product quality.
• Experience with state management libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Background in transportation, logistics, or fintech industries (preferred but not required).
