Location: Budapest, XI. (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays), at BME Campus

Job Description: 
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy Software Engineer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in configuring and optimizing CRM systems to enhance functionality and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on creating and refining workflows, customizing system settings, and ensuring seamless integration to support business processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize CRM System Configuration– Assist in configuring and refining CRM workflows, settings, and integrations to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Work with Integrations – Support API-based integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Support and Communicate – Collaborate with internal teams and end users to resolve configuration challenges and enhance system performance.
  • Create Clear Documentation – Develop and maintain technical documentation, including setup guides, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to implement solutions and improve CRM processes.
  • Analyze and Troubleshoot – Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations and integrations, ensuring reliable system performance.
  • You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a foundational understanding of software development, debugging, and testing
  • Have hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and developer tools (SDKs)
  • Possess a sharp analytical mindset and love solving complex problems
  • Are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and precision
  • Are passionate about driving customer success through technical solutions
  • Have an interest or background in Financial Services (a plus!)
  • Requirements:
    1. Current University enrollment (Bachelor's or Master's) in the field of Computer Science, or related fields. 
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hungarian). 
    3. Available to work 28+ hours per week from our Budapest office (11. district, very close to BME).
