We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer who can balance hands-on, detail-oriented development work with long-term strategic thinking. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, sustainable integrations that connect our internal and external systems.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.

• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using Python or another modern programming language.

• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.

• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to deliver business value in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company (founded within the last 5–10 years).

• Familiarity with unit testing and automated acceptance testing frameworks.

• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React — while not required, this is a plus since our team supports both internal and external UIs.

• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins or similar tools.
