Software Engineer (Python full stack)

We are seeking experienced Python Full Stack Software Engineers to contribute to AI post-training and model alignment workflows. This role focuses on building, validating, and evaluating production-grade code used in large-scale AI systems. You will work on full stack engineering tasks, analyze model-generated outputs, and ensure high-quality code and logic across multiple languages and frameworks.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited for developers who enjoy deep problem-solving, precision-driven execution, and working within structured, high-impact AI development environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work on full stack engineering tasks supporting LLM post-training workflows
• Write, review, and validate code across Python and modern web frameworks
• Analyze and evaluate model-generated code for correctness, clarity, and adherence to specifications
• Design and verify APIs, web application features, and test cases used in AI model alignment
• Debug, refactor, and improve application logic for accuracy and performance
• Interpret detailed task instructions and deliver outputs that meet strict quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with engineering leads and product managers to meet productivity and quality targets
• Maintain consistency, efficiency, and reliability across all code-focused deliverables
• Stay current with evolving AI development standards and contribute to process improvements

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Good-to-have experience with Java and Node.js
• Solid frontend experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing frameworks, and Git-based workflows
• Strong debugging, code analysis, and logic validation skills
• Understanding of instruction-based coding and model response evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in software development (Full Stack preferred)
• Exposure to AI, LLM workflows, or code-evaluation tasks is a plus
• Strong written communication and logical reasoning abilities
• Comfortable working from an office environment in Gurgaon
• Willingness to commit to 8–9 hours of focused, high-quality work daily
