As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the foundational systems, APIs, and tools that enhance the deployment and operation of software for our engineering teams. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of developer workflows and automation of infrastructure capabilities, leading to significant improvements in how software is developed and managed. Accountabilities

Design and implement new components for the platform that improve core tools.

Maintain and enhance the infrastructure to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Automate processes to streamline platform functionality.

Explore and integrate new technologies into the platform.

Provide support for platform-related issues as necessary.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOps roles.

Experience in designing, building, and scaling Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) or PaaS solutions.

Proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native technologies.

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

Expertise in Kubernetes and managing production-grade clusters.

Strong coding/scripting skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows.

Solid understanding of developer workflows.

Experience with integrating AI/ML tooling into platform capabilities.

Expertise with observability tooling and debugging platform performance.

Knowledge of building platforms with a focus on security and compliance.
