Ramp is, at its core, a fintech company. Our financial infrastructure enables us to issue cards, move money globally, and manage treasury flows for our customers. Stablecoins are emerging as a critical lever to make these flows faster, cheaper, and more accessible.
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team with a dedicated focus on stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems. In this role, you will act as both a technical owner and multiplier: working on core stablecoin services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with external partners, and guiding Ramp’s evolution toward next-generation fintech solutions.

Help build & scale Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
Solve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
Collaborate with engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products
Minimum 4+ years of experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems preferred
Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, and/or wallet infrastructure
Strong production experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent)
Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
Intuition for on-chain UX and settlement mechanics, including wallet-based transaction signing, confirmation/finality, and chain-level tradeoffs like fees and latency.
Direct experience building on-chain wallets or with integrating a crypto onramp / offramp APIs for custody and remittance flows
Experience integrating with external financial service providers and APIs at scale
Familiarity with cross-border settlement, FX, or treasury management systems
Background in highly regulated fintech environments (e.g., payments, banking, or government-compliant infrastructure)
