Job Description:-
Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS:-
8+ years of experience in BI Space with minimum 3+ years of experience with Tableau Development.
Knowledge in Tableau 8.x and above
Able to design API's, host tableau in webservers.
Good database skills (SQL) & Strong BI/Reporting background.
Good Experience with SAP HANA and SAP BW data sources.
Experience with ETL and data modeling
Good Communication Skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Build compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau
Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders.
Should be able to use custom SQL for complex data pulls, see patterns, design visualizations with logical data flow.
Queries Oracle, SAP HANA and other data sources directly to get the data needed to build visualizations.
Performance tuning and query optimization for enhanced user experience when creating complex or large queries.
Excellent Analytical abilities to understand the business requirement and converting them to Technical Specification.
Act as mentor and Tableau SME for other Tableau users across the company. Look for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a BI developer.
