Objective:
Ensure the design, implementation, and evolution of ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs, guaranteeing technical quality and integration with the monitoring ecosystem. Lead technical aspects of digital transformation projects in IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in technology consulting projects, from pre-sales to production delivery.
- Identify, gather, and document functional and technical requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design technical solutions on ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, including integrations with monitoring, incident, and performance tools.
- Translate business requirements into development specifications aligned with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow recommendations.
- Configure and develop simple components in ServiceNow.
- Support the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with the architecture team and other technical teams.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ITSM platform implementation projects (preferably ServiceNow).
- Proven experience in functional and technical design and implementation of service-based information systems.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration with ITSM platforms.
- Experience in integrations with other systems using APIs REST/SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, or similar technologies.
- Experience in IT project management using agile and traditional methodologies.

- Web Services and JavaScript

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
