As a Solution Design Manager, you will be the architect of scalable, cost-effective operational solutions that drive success for our e-commerce enablement business. From live commerce and logistics cost modeling to headcount allocation and commercial forecasting, you'll build the blueprints in our E-commerce Enablement business unit that connect strategy with execution, ensuring profitability and growth across our brand portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Design comprehensive solutions for new and existing e-commerce service lines (e.g., live streaming, fulfillment, marketing), balancing quality, scalability, and cost.
- Forecast and simulate operational costs, including logistics, cashback/incentives, staffing (e.g., Key Account Manager allocation), and platform-specific activities.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, tech, and finance teams to shape proposals that are profitable, efficient, and executable.
- Support product or service launches by defining end-to-end workflows, performance benchmarks, and required resource structure.
- Build dynamic models and internal calculators for estimating GMV, resource needs, and profit margins by brand.
- Evaluate the need for internal tools or system support (e.g., app requirements, dashboards, backend improvements) to ensure seamless delivery.
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in solution design, operations strategy, commercial modeling, or e-commerce enablement
- Strong financial literacy, with the ability to own P&L modeling, cost forecasting, and pricing logic
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead solution planning in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations (e.g., end to end e-commerce operations, logistics, live streaming)
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
