In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer success, helping organizations implement tailored solutions that drive measurable impact. You will support both presales and onboarding activities, working closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs. The role offers exposure to complex enterprise environments, where your expertise will directly influence adoption, performance, and revenue outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional, international teams in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. Accountabilities

Support presales and onboarding activities, including technical demonstrations, solution design, and implementation for complex enterprise clients.

Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to define technical strategies that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Respond to RFPs and RFIs, developing clear, compelling technical proposals and solution architectures.

Manage and coordinate multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Lead A/B testing initiatives in collaboration with analytics teams to optimize performance and results for customers.

Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior and executive-level contacts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, implementation engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS environments.

Strong understanding of web infrastructure, web analytics, data management, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage complex technical challenges in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to design and articulate optimal solutions.

High proficiency in spoken and written English; experience working with international teams is a plus.
