About You
You love solving complex problems at the intersection of business process, product, and integrations. You’re energized by turning messy requirements into clear, scalable architectures - and you’re just as comfortable running a requirements workshop as you are digging into API docs or debugging a connector.
You thrive in customer-facing conversations and questions like “how does this actually work in our environment?” You’re hands-on enough to help configure and validate connectors when needed, and strategic enough to design patterns that can scale. You are comfortable both with pre-sales discovery conversations and with post-sales deployment updates, and you are viewed as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.
