Role Overview
We're looking for a technical problem-solver who loves hardware, customers, and building products. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll deploy Revel systems at customer sites, ensure they succeed, and bring field insights back to shape our product roadmap.
Deploy and configure Revel at customer sites (connecting to test stands, sensors, actuators, and existing infrastructure)Build custom dashboards and write code alongside customer teamsServe as trusted technical advisor to your customer portfolioPartner with our Head of Product to translate customer needs into featuresTravel 30-50% to customer sites (primarily local in Southern California + broader domestic)
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant, post-college work experienceStrong engineering background – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics preferredHands-on hardware experience (embedded, test engineering, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar)Demonstrated programming proficiency in languages such as Python, C/C++, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar Comfort with technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communicationInterest in shaping product direction based on real-world needsWillingness to travel and work directly with cutting-edge hardware teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DAQ systems, PLCs, control systems, or automationExperience with NI software suite, TwinCat, CodeSysPrevious field engineering or applications engineering rolesStartup experiencePassion for advanced manufacturing, robotics, or aerospace
