About the Role
Build Pipeline of Passive Quota-Carrying Sales Executives (Multi-Market)
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive AE/Enterprise AE/Strategic AE talent across the US, UK, France, Germany, UAE, KSA, and Australia, maintaining “ready now” and “future hire” pipelines segmented by market, segment (SMB/MM/ENT), vertical, and GTM motion.
Deliver Market Mapping & Target-Account Talent Strategy
- Create talent maps by region that include target companies, competitor orgs, adjacent sellers, and “where top sellers come from” patterns.
Market Intelligence for Sales Hiring
- Provide ongoing intelligence on competitor hiring trends, sales org structures (roles/titles/levels), talent movement, likely comp expectations, and candidate availability by region.
- Translate insights into hiring recommendations (e.g., where to find the right sellers, what profiles convert best, and how to position the role in each geography).
Run High-Impact Outreach Campaigns that Convert Senior Sales Talent
- Develop compelling, localized outreach for quota carriers
- Run multi-touch sequences across channels (InMail/email/referrals/community) to drive high response rates and qualified screens.
Qualify and Present Shortlists
- Understanding key requirements and assessing and documenting screening notes for the TA Partner
Build Employer Brand with Sales Talent Communities (Per Market)
- Act as a brand ambassador for the sales org: ensure every interaction reflects the EVP, and build warm communities via:
Own Sourcing Funnel Metrics and Continuous Optimisation
Track pipeline health and funnel performance by geography and segment:
- prospect → response → screen → interview → offer
- time-to-slate, source quality, outreach conversion, drop-off reasons
Maintain CRM hygiene, re-engagement cadences, and iterate on messaging and target lists based on data.
Qualifications
- You will need to be proactive and self-starter with an innovative approach to finding talent
- Have a natural curiosity and the ability to explore and dig for information; finding talent networks, engaging passive candidates, researching the market and competitors
- Strong process focus; ensuring candidates are effectively tracked in the ATS/CRM, all information and notes documents. Follows up on candidates and engages proactively
- Build global relationships with TA Partners and sales leaders – understand business priorities and deliver against objectives
