Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness team at Constance Moofushi, Maldives. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests in a stunning island resort setting.

• Conduct a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and aromatherapy, adhering to our high standards and protocols
• Warmly greet and consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences
• Customise treatments to meet individual guest requirements and expectations
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Actively promote and explain our spa services and products to guests
• Provide expert advice on aftercare and home beauty regimens
• Ensure proper set-up and breakdown of treatment rooms between appointments
• Accurately record treatment details and maintain client files
• Handle payments and cash transactions for treatments and product sales
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Collaborate with the spa team to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist in the hospitality industry
• SC holder OR equivalent qualification in beauty therapy or related field
• National Certificate Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or similar
• Comprehensive knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments throughout the day
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for promoting wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
