As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving their issues promptly. Your fluency in Spanish will be critical in delivering outstanding service and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions and issues related to our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues effectively
• Educate customers on how to make the best use of our services
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements
• Engage in continual training to stay updated on products and offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to customer inquiries
• A friendly and positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
