Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Banking Industry team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to banking products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, loan applications, and any issues they may encounter with their banking services. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction in our financial offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding banking products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries about account information, transaction history, and loan options
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal departments to address complex inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
• Stay updated on banking products, services, and promotions to provide informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial services industry is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in the banking industry and a passion for helping customers navigate financial services
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is a plus
