Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Energy (Oil & Gas) industry team. In this significant role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to our energy services and products.

Your fluency in Spanish will allow you to effectively communicate complex information about our offerings, assist with account management, and resolve issues that clients may encounter. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding energy services and products
• Assist clients with account setup, service issues, and troubleshooting
• Provide information on pricing, contracts, and service options
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services within the energy sector
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the oil and gas sector

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a keen understanding of compliance in the oil and gas industry
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the energy sector, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in customer interactions
• Familiarity with energy industry terminology and customer support technologies is advantageous
