Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Finance industry. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their financial products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you help clients navigate complex financial information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth user experience. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to their financial well-being and enhance customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services
• Assist clients with inquiries about account details, transactions, and financial solutions
• Troubleshoot issues related to client accounts and ensure timely resolutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns effectively
• Gather feedback from clients to drive improvements in our service offerings
• Stay informed about financial regulations and products to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in finance and helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
