Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Food & Beverage industry. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and helping them make informed choices related to our food and beverage offerings.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in ensuring effective communication with customers, enabling you to assist them with product information, order processing, and resolving any concerns they may have. You will play an essential role in promoting positive customer experiences and contributing to our commitment to high-quality service in the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to food and beverage products
• Assist clients with order placements, product details, and menu selections
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries
• Educate customers on product offerings and promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and menu updates to provide informed recommendations

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on the food and beverage industry
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage, is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with food and beverage terminology and customer support software is advantageous
