Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Food & Beverage industry

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Food & Beverage industry. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our food and beverage offerings and ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, orders, and any service-related questions they may have. You will play an integral role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding food and beverage products
• Assist clients with orders, delivery status, and service-related questions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and to their satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in the food and beverage sector

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the food and beverage industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for food and beverage, along with a dedication to providing great service
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
