Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Government & Public Sector industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team serving the Government & Public Sector industry. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to government services and programs.

Your fluency in Spanish will be vital as you help clients understand their rights and access the necessary services efficiently. Your contributions will play a significant role in ensuring that our clients receive the information and resources they need to navigate the public sector effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat related to government and public sector inquiries
• Assist clients with applications, information requests, and service access
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and follow up on client issues
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and public sector offerings
• Stay updated on current regulations and programs in the government and public sector

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to public service
• Experience in customer service or public sector roles is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while prioritizing tasks
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in helping clients navigate government services
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
