In this position, you will engage with clients in Spanish, providing them with the support and information they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding imaging equipment, including specifications, pricing, and usage, via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with order placement, equipment troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Provide detailed explanations of product features and assist in selecting suitable imaging solutions for their needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with accurate and timely solutions to equipment issues.
• Stay updated on the latest imaging technologies and company offerings to ensure effective customer assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer inquiries calmly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications.
