Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Logistics & Supply Chain industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring seamless communication throughout the supply chain process.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to provide effective support, addressing queries related to shipment tracking, order status, and logistics issues. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the efficiency of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat concerning logistics and supply chain inquiries
• Assist clients with tracking shipments, resolving logistical issues, and providing order updates
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and operational processes
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes affecting the logistics and supply chain sector

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle complex inquiries
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to clients
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and experience with customer support software is a plus
