In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance related to our manufacturing products and services.

Your proficiency in Spanish will be vital as you address customer inquiries, handle order processing, and resolve any issues they may encounter. By delivering exceptional service, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with order placements, product specifications, and technical support
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and troubleshooting
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services continuously
• Stay informed about manufacturing processes, product updates, and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the manufacturing industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for providing top-notch customer support and improving client satisfaction
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
