Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Manufacturing industry division. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with issues related to our manufacturing products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you communicate effectively with clients, helping them navigate product specifications, order issues, and technical inquiries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding manufacturing products and services
• Assist clients with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer concerns
• Document all interactions in our CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
• Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to manufacturing

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication abilities
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the manufacturing sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a professional manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and customer care
• Familiarity with manufacturing terminology and customer support software is beneficial
