Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Real Estate industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate industry. In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property listings, transactions, and real estate services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout their real estate journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about property listings, pricing, and real estate procedures
• Support clients during the buying or renting process, offering clear solutions to their concerns
• Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with agents and internal teams to provide timely and accurate information
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of our services
• Stay informed about market trends and regulations that affect the real estate industry

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse inquiries
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
