Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the Social Media industry. In this exciting role, you will provide support to our Spanish-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to our social media platforms and ensuring a positive user experience.

Your fluency in Spanish will enable you to effectively engage with clients, addressing their questions regarding account management, content guidelines, and technical issues. By offering timely and accurate assistance, you will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster a vibrant online community.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries in Spanish via various channels including email, chat, and social media
• Assist users with issues related to account setup, content sharing, and platform features
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Document interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases and ensure user satisfaction
• Educate users on best practices while using our social media platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to provide informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Passion for social media and helping users navigate online platforms
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is beneficial
