Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Social Media industry. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our social media services and platforms.

Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in ensuring effective communication with our clients, enabling you to help them navigate our services, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience with our social media solutions. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our customers and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to account management, platform features, and content guidelines
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and with professionalism
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address complex inquiries
• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to service improvements
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the social media landscape

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service or support in the social media industry is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for social media and helping clients optimize their online presence
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
