Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Transportation Department, specializing in rail, shipping, and other related services. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with transportation logistics and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you help customers navigate their transport options, track shipments, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction in our transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding transportation services
• Assist clients with booking transportation, tracking shipments, and managing logistics
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our transport services continually
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in transportation regulations

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and effective solutions
