• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep updated with banking regulations and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
