In this role, you will be the trusted support liaison for our Spanish-speaking clients engaged in the dynamic world of online content creation. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional customer service, helping creators navigate our platform, and resolving any issues they may face.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
• Provide assistance to content creators with platform-related questions and solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support ticket system
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and enhance our services
• Guide clients on best practices for content creation and audience engagement
• Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about all platform features

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or creative sector
• Outstanding communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Familiarity with online content creation and social media platforms is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with various customer support tools and technologies
