Spanish Speaking Frontline Support Representative

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Spanish Speaking Frontline Support Representative to join our dedicated team! In this critical position, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Your role is vital in ensuring that our clients feel valued and understood from the moment they reach out to us.

As a Frontline Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about our services. Your commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication will foster positive relationships and enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and support regarding our products and services
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively
• Support customers with troubleshooting and resolving service-related queries
• Collect feedback from clients to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of our offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a customer support or frontline role is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Friendly and approachable personality with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
