Your Responsibilities

• Offer high-level support to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple communication platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HealthTech products.
• Provide training and guidance on product usage to enhance client experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for reference and improvement.
• Work closely with the team to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry developments and product updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in HealthTech and a background in customer support is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote position.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
