Responsibilities

  • Offer remote support to Spanish-speaking clients on mobile devices through phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications and device functionality
  • Document client interactions and technical issues in our support management system
  • Guide clients on best practices for using mobile technology
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate challenging issues when needed
  • Gather user feedback to improve our mobile support services
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about mobile trends and product updates

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service
  • Experience in mobile support or technical assistance is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot mobile applications and device issues effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client queries
