Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding the streaming platform via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users to effective solutions
• Assist clients in navigating the platform and utilizing its features
• Document and track client interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Provide feedback to improve overall service delivery and client experience

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
