Define and develop international pricing strategies and guidelines for spare parts across all products and markets.
Lead spare parts categorisation, customer segmentation, and implementation of a commercial pricing tool.
Conduct in-depth data analysis of past transactions to establish pricing baselines and support quoting and sales campaigns.
Consolidate market and competitor feedback; develop value creation models and maintain market price information.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and order processing teams to align pricing with market realities.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics or Engineering with Business Administration training, plus proven experience in spare parts pricing and contract negotiation in a global industrial environment.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analytics tools, Power BI, and SAP R/3 or equivalent ERP systems.
Excellent conceptual and organisational skills — able to prioritise effectively, work in a structured manner, and take ownership with a high sense of responsibility.
Outstanding communicator and team player with assertiveness, flexibility, and a strong service orientation.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
