Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT disorders and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures to treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related areas.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and manage any complications that may arise.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and care post-surgery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in ENT Surgery.
• Board certification in ENT Surgery.
• Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Significant experience in performing ENT surgeries in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of ENT anatomy and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage high-pressure situations.
