To contribute to and support the creation and implementation of winning IMC campaigns for the BU/country segment / sector / product / coverage area in scope, that capitalises on opportunities to acquire and retain clients and enhance commercial value for the BU/country as part of an IMC team. To contribute to marketing excellence, innovation, partnerships, and collaboration in the BU/country whilst aligning to the Group standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

  • First Degree in Business Commerce, Marketing

Experience Required :

  • 1 - 2 years experience in Brand & Marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and preferably Agency experience.
  • 3 - 4 years experience
  • Experience in developing innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences, in working with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM, using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance and working in a project environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Outputs :

  • Partner closely with the relevant business stakeholders from a product / segment / coverage perspective to activate the execution of client / product events, including sponsorship execution through robust planning and coordination activities.
  • Collate client insights and research to provide design inputs into marketing initiatives and IMC plans, contributing to data-led and client behaviour informed initiatives.
  • Implement digital, direct and above the line marketing campaigns per the IMC plan for the BU product / segment / sector / coverage area in scope, driving a collaborative and well-coordinated approach to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
  • Develop agency briefing documents to enable the development of creative concepts and messaging in support of IMC plans.
  • Implement sponsorship activities in support of the IMC plan to achieve brand and marketing objectives, whilst supporting the Group-wide sponsorship frameworks.
