Position Overview

The Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will provide expert surgical services to patients, addressing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care with a focus on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed examinations and assessments of patients to formulate surgical treatment plans.
• Perform sophisticated surgical procedures including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, and jaw realignment surgeries.
• Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, orthodontists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients on procedures, recovery processes, and oral health maintenance.
• Stay abreast of advancements in oral surgery techniques and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification and active licensure to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience in performing complex oral surgical procedures within a private healthcare environment.
• Strong comprehension of oral pathology and surgical methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members.
