Monitor vendor performance, analyze ratings and vendor feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Improve menu and content quality on the platform and execute content optimization projects.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including account setup, activation, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational projects to enhance vendor experience and efficiency.
Handle vendor communications, translations, and regional requests; monitor operational issues (e.g., offline vendors), support product/feature testing, manage rollout timelines, and assist vendors with system complaints or bugs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
Proficiency in Khmer and English, both written and spoken
At least 2-3 years of experience in a logistics operational role
Proven track record of managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle
Able working in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
