The mission for the role
We’re looking for an ambitious, strategically minded Brand Design Lead / Senior Brand Art Director to drive the evolution of Popsa’s brand and marketing design. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity across our channels, elevating our output, pushing creative boundaries and setting a high standard for craft and storytelling.
You’ll lead a small but growing team of designers, providing design direction, mentorship and inspiration. While you’re confident rolling up your sleeves when needed, your primary focus will be on conceptualising ideas, steering creative quality and ensuring our brand shows up consistently and impactfully across every customer touchpoint.
This role is ideal for a designer superstar or art director from a scaling tech or digital-first brand, who thrives in environments where they can help define the vision, build systems and innovate as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
