About the Role
Huddle Up's seeking a Remote, Full-Cycle Sr. Clinical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to help us grow our network of exceptional clinicians. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and offer coordination — with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, highly organized, and energized by the challenge of finding and engaging top-tier clinical talent. You should feel confident navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly as needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process using Greenhouse ATS.
- Source proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, nurture campaigns, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and regions.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via google meets, phone, email, and social channels to engage new candidates.
- Assess candidate qualifications based on credentials, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs, set hiring goals, and refine recruiting strategies.
- Track and manage data within Greenhouse to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, communication workflows, and sourcing strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience hiring clinicians or healthcare professionals (SLP, LCSW, OT, School psychologist preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar recruiting software).
- Proven success managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
- Innovative mindset and skilled in head hunting
- Skilled in cold calling, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with candidates at all experience levels.
- Thrives in an autonomous working environment, and is self motivated
- Comfortable with ambiguity — able to adapt quickly to changing needs, priorities, and market dynamics.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board sourcing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $100,000 annually, this role is eligible for up to $100,00 on target commission based upon meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics and goals.
- All staff, regardless of employment status, will be eligible to enroll in Huddle Up’s 401(k) plan after six (6) months of employment.
