The Senior Compliance & Ethics Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Compliance & Regulatory function within Deployment Solutions. The Analyst will primarily support the Senior Compliance Manager in executing a comprehensive, risk-based monitoring program for a designated pharmaceutical client program. This includes conducting free-text monitoring (email, CRM call notes, and Field Coaching Reports), assisting with conducting both field and virtual ride-alongs and follow-up from live ride-alongs, performing preliminary risk assessments, preparing compliance dashboards, and maintaining documentation.
The Analyst also supports broader Deployment Solutions activities by assisting with the implementation of new client programs, supporting compliance training needs, and performing transparency-related tasks, including running reports, preparing dashboards, compiling data for client presentations, and tracking potential violations while coordinating with field personnel and sales leadership.
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Support the implementation and deployment of field-based teams by coordinating compliance onboarding, assisting with training delivery and documentation, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, EVERSANA policies, and client-specific compliance standards.
- Conduct free-text monitoring of email, CRM call notes, and field coaching reports using RelativityOne, serving as the initial reviewer to identify and escalate potential risks, behavioral trends, or compliance concerns that inform oversight and support continuous improvement.
- Participate in live and virtual field ride-alongs to observe field interactions, assess adherence to promotional guidelines and compliance expectations, and document findings to support escalation, remediation, or training follow-up.
- Track compliance performance indicators and identify patterns that inform program insights, training opportunities, or risk mitigation actions across assigned programs.
- Compile data for compliance dashboards that summarize monitoring outcomes, issue trends, training status, and escalation activity. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of materials for client governance meetings and internal compliance reporting.
- Support tracking of state and local licensing, registration, and disclosure requirements by helping ensure timely completion, escalating delays, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Support transparency monitoring activities by tracking issues and potential violations related to spend and HCP engagement records, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with field personnel and sales leadership to resolve outstanding items in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.
- Track completion of required training and assessments to confirm compliance prior to field deployment and ongoing adherence to annual and refresher training requirements.
- Assist with field-facing compliance communications, collect emerging themes from field inquiries, support leadership touchpoints, and help coordinate Compliance Champion activities to reinforce expectations and a speak-up culture.
- Maintain awareness of relevant compliance regulations, industry codes, and policy updates and apply insights to monitoring, training, and process support activities.
- Support documentation and tracking of root causes for identified compliance concerns and contribute to follow-up actions that mitigate future risk.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
