The Senior Financial Analyst for the Theme Park Food & Beverage Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting both the financial planning & analysis cycle and the daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues within the park. The Senior Financial Analyst will handle ad-hoc analysis and flash reporting on key operational metrics and will assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and Latest Estimates.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages addressing operational performance, as well as ad-hoc analysis when needed. Partner with IT and Field Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Assist with Budget and Latest Estimates.

P&L Management
- Assist with month-end close and pacing for the Theme Park Food & Beverage department. Track and forecast revenue and labor to stay ahead of and/or mitigate unexpected fluctuations in topline performance and margin.

Drive Department Performance
- Establish and maintain detailed budgets. Partner with operator management and Finance team to maximize operational efficiencies by strengthening and implementing financial tools, metrics, and processes to drive performance. Provide financial coaching to all operating partners.

Special Projects
- Lead/assist with special projects to support department goals and initiatives and to improve process efficiencies. Deliver analytically driven insights and recommendations to help guide overall department strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within operational finance.
- Must be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectives.
- Excellent analytical abilities are required, including advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrate leadership values and ability to develop and participate in diverse/cross-functional teams.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with SAP, BPC, and/or MicroStrategy.
- Prior fast food/QSR experience.

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
