As Sr. Growth Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and creating the end-to-end growth strategy and performance, with paid media as the primary lever and expanding ownership across creative strategy, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Retention, and Leadership to set direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure growth is scalable, efficient, and repeatable.

What You'll Do
Own company-wide growth performance across acquisition, funnel efficiency, and retention, with accountability for MER, CAC, LTV, and profitable scaleSet growth strategy and budget allocation across paid media, creative testing, landing pages, and lifecycle initiativesLead and scale paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels, ensuring disciplined execution and strong unit economicsDevelop and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnelsPartner closely with Creative to define testing priorities, brief high-performing concepts, and guide content direction with data-backed insightsIdentify and prioritize non-paid growth levers including CRO, on-site optimization, offers, and post-purchase improvementsMonitor performance trends, proactively diagnose issues, and make fast, informed tradeoff decisionsOwn growth reporting, dashboards, and weekly growth reviews, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to leadershipBuild the foundations of a scalable growth engine, including processes, documentation, and performance standards
Must Have Requirements
5 to 8 years of growth or performance marketing experience in high-growth DTC environmentsProven experience owning and scaling growth with accountability for MER, CAC, and unit economicsDeep expertise in paid media across Meta and Google, with experience managing significant budgetsStrong understanding of attribution, full-funnel performance, and lifecycle dynamicsExperience partnering with Creative and Retention teams to drive performance outcomesHighly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into clear decisionsClear, structured communicator comfortable presenting to leadershipComfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote team
