Sr. Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic legal support and advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, while safeguarding the company’s interests in its commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive legal guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and legal requirements.
• Conduct legal analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal implications of business initiatives and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial laws and regulations impacting the organization.
• Advise on compliance matters and develop policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Manage disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience as a legal counsel, particularly in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
