NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. As a Product Manager for Audience Products & Partnerships, you will own the strategy, development and execution for NBCU’s audience targeting capabilities and partnerships program. This role is critical to enabling advertisers to activate first party and third-party data securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own advertiser-facing audience strategy by translating complex product capabilities into clear, revenue-driving use cases that support sales across upfront and scatter.
- Lead audience activation products end to end partnering with cross functional technical and product teams.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to drive go-to-market execution, increase product adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the centralized audience menu of advanced products, audience targeting tools, and the onboarding platform.
- Lead partnerships and integrations with internal and external data providers (identity providers and third-party vendors), building and innovating activation pipelines with key industry partners.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to implement identity resolution, audience modeling and profiling capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards, including approvals for data usage.
- Drive integration with NBCU Ad Sales systems to support real-time targeting and campaign activation.
- Monitor ingestion workflows and optimize for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product enhancements.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption and performance of audience tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within ad-tech or data-driven marketing.
- Expertise in audience/data marketplaces, segmentation, CDPs, RMNs, and identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations and data governance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Ability to own customer-facing product solutions in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills; can present key updates to stakeholders and lead calls
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering teams to develop and bring to market successful and innovative products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing effectively to get things done
- Knowledge of technical and operational product and project requirements
- Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language (e.g., APIs, requirements documents, agile systems, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, this role will contribute a minimum of four days per week from the office.

Salary range: $140,000 - $165,000 (bonus eligible)
